Tornari
Vice-President of Manufacturing
Mr. Tornari is a veteran designer of efficient, manufacturable, machine designs.
He holds certification in various CAD & CAD/CAM software and Electro-Mechanical
Drafting & Design Technologies. Anthony is a true student of the industry.
His proficiencies and expertise lie in Industrial Instrumentation, Transfer
& Compression Mold & Tooling design. He has hands-on working knowledge
of conventional machine manufacturability and experience executing the most complex
projects, including CNC machined CAD/CAM generated surfaces. Anthony has exceptional
knowledge and ability in database and spreadsheet design and implementation.
Anthony expresses the essence of Drafting By Design. He is a team member and.
brings welcomed entrepreneurial skills and assists customers to the fullest
extent of his abilities.
Jeri
Sheats, Jr.
Designer
Mr. Sheats is a gifted draftsman. He graduated from Delcastle Technical High
School with a CAD certification in technical drafting. In his senior year,
he placed in all three drafting competitions; Delaware State VICA, Del Tech
Community College, and the National Association of Women in Construction.
He played football from sixth grade through graduation in the Flight A Conference
as an offensive lineman and middle linebacker. After high school he spent
one year in the field doing masonry construction before coming to work for
Drafting By Design. He is a team player with a natural energy and enthusiasm
that reflects in his work and dedication to his customers.
Kenneth Parcher
Designer
Mr. Parcher holds Bachelor of Arts and Humanities from the University of Maryland
where he majored in Fine Arts. He is extremely versatile, having experience
in running several businesses of his own including an accounting business,
a marina, and a real estate renovation and re-sale business. His enthusiasm
for business and marketing, and natural design sense make him a tremendous
asset. Here at Drafting By Design, he designs our promotional materials, assists
with web site maintenance, and is also proficient with AutoCAD drafting and
design.
Cynthia D. Warfield "Cindy"
Office Manager
Ms. Warfield is responsible for the administrative center of Drafting By Design.
Her 15 + years as an Assistant Vice President for First National Bank of North
East from February of 1986 to November of 2001, has given her a strong background
in bookkeeping and administration. She is proficient with computer financial
systems, and manages our payroll, company benefits, accounts receivable and
payable, and keeps us abreast of the company financial position. Cindy is
active in the community with many charitable organizations; the Salvation
Army, American Cancer Society, Fishers Of Men, just to name a few. When you
call us, her friendly voice is usually the one that will greet you at the
other end of the line.

Ed Rowse, Consultant
Engineer, Business Analysis
Mr., Rowse's background includes 37 years experience as a professional engineer
with a major plastics and chemical corporation in Delaware. During this time,
Ed has lead over 30 major projects both in the USA and worldwide. His education
includes BSCHE and work on an MSCHE, and numerous specialized courses. He
is currently writing a book about cross-cultured business relations, and gives
seminars on this and other subjects. He has traveled extensively, visiting
55 countries and still counting. Ed brings to Drafting By Design a wide range
of technical services including complete project management and training,
business and manufacturing cost analysis and process optimizations.

Jeff Tyrie, Consultant
Developer, Builder, Carpenter
Mr. Tyrie has attended the Florida Institute of Technology for Ocean Engineering
and early in his career worked for Stevens Construction on Sanibel Island,
Florida as a construction manager specializing in custom homes and condominiums.
He has hands on experience and works well with sub-contractors, vendor's management
and customers. Jeff is detailed oriented and is known for his multimillion-dollar
development projects as well as a carpenter (framer), cabinetmaker, and his
custom woodwork on boats. He brings a practical and fresh approach to Drafting
By Design Projects.

Rebecca Mann, Consultant
Award winning Custom Home Renovation Designer
Ms. Mann has had training in multiple CAD systems, and Technical Design. She
is a leader of good citizenship with a seat on the Town Council. Ms. Mann
brings 15+ years of hands on design. She is widely respected for her work
by homeowners, developers, contractors, and government officials. Rebecca
brings a higher level and dimension to Drafting By Design. Her architectural
reviews of each project provide Drafting by Design's customer's unbiased and
critical analysis.

Larry
J. Hughes, Consultant
Professional Engineer
Senior Mechanical Consultant Qualification/Validation of Critical Utilities
Design/Construction/Project/Commissioning Management
Mr. Hughes has twenty-seven years of designing, engineering and consulting
in research, animal, bio-manufacturing and pharmaceutical facilities. His
experience comes with strong emphasis on HVAC/BAS, refrigeration and other
utilities such as compressed air, steam, chilled water, and critical services
like WFI and clean steam. It includes all aspects of building engineering
and construction from concept to start-up and validation with heavy concentration
on biotechnology facilities. Also, he has a strong background in aseptic facilities
and regulatory compliance. Larry has a proven track record in Project Team
Management, equipment specifications to meet room environmental requirements,
and complete design packages for equipment installation to meet current Good
Manufacturing Practices.
