Team Drafting By Design- Resolves Machine Installation Issues
Early February, a phone called was received from Neco Systems, Inc seeking assistance with a custom duplex pump skid. Given the prebuilt machine’s size, fabricators would have to deconstruct for installation in its' proposed space. Our task was to create construction drawings of the prebuilt machine which indicate the proposed sub assembilies. Overall, we helped the installers dissassembly, transport and reassemble the skid into a New York City School Building.

Shamrocking for MS
Drafting By Design, Inc was affected by Multiple Sclerosis when we lost our office coordinator in January 2012. That summer we took initiative and became preferred contractors for the MS HomeAble program. Aside from increasing awareness we raise money and donate to help fund programs like HomeAble. These programs are severely under funded, preventing diagnosed individuals from gaining independence or coping with sudden loss of mobility. Watching our coworker and friend struggle with daily tasks makes this cause personal. Therefore, when the Newark Jaycees coordinated a 5K to benefit the MS Society, we were present.
